Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering for membership, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To become a member, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.

As a paying member of the Frugal Network, you are eligible to receive a ten percent (10%) discount on your eligible purchases at Merchants who are current participating merchants in the Frugal Network. A merchant may cancel participating in the Frugal Network at any time. The Frugal Network discount shall not be applied to and excludes any purchase of alcohol, tobacco, tobacco products, nicotine, nicotine products, cannabis, and cannabis products, gambling or lottery products or any products with an age restriction.
Membership fees are $4.95 per month and are payable in accordance with the fees and payment terms outlined on the Website. Payments can be made by credit card or other payment methods we may offer. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in these Terms.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fees to your designated payment method. Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Memberships will automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date. Renewal fees will be charged to your payment method on file.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
